I want to know what are some early pregnancy symptoms even before I miss my period. And how soon can I test with home kit to get the correct results.Should we keep trying even after the ovulation day till the period day or should we wait to get it confirmed.

Nausea, constipation,  sometimes a blood spot can be the early pregnancy symptoms,. You can test after 10 days to get the correct result. Yes you can try till the period day.
Next Steps
Thebest time to get pregnant is from the 8th day from the starting day of period till 14th day.
Health Tips
Try to stay on the bed atleast for 30mints after intercourse.
