I had an unsecure intercourse on my ovulation day, the right day itself i got abdominal pain similar like period crumps, bloating of abdoman and breast , severe backpain, gas trouble and headache , we went to doctor, she suggest for urine test, result shows the presence of some pus cells, rbcs and epitherial cella, please guide me, iz this are the symptoms of early pregnancy or urinary infection
