I was diagnosed with PCOD & was having irregular periods. After 3 years i conceived normally. In my 12 weeks NT scan n dual marker test everything was normal. In the 4th month i had experienced spotting several times and once bleefing was so heavy that I got admitted to the hospital and also there was leakage of amniotic fluid. After I was discharged I had an ultrasound and the doctor said that everything is normal the liquor is also normal after one month I went for an anomaly scan a quadruple marker test in which it was found that i I was having level 1 FGR also the quadruple marker test shows that I have high risk for ntd and trisomy 21. I am 20 weeks & 4 days pregnant and my baby weight is only 202 grams. Is there any possibility that my baby will regain its growth and I will have a full term baby if if the NIPT test comes out negative.

If the test says it's high risk for trisomy 21 then it's better to get an amniocentesis done to rule out New termination law allows to abort beyond 20 weeks also
