I am 26 yr old unmarried man..  When i sex or during foreplay a water typ liquid keep on flowing. I hav tried sex many time earlier but every time sperm ejaculate as soon as it touches vagina. During masturbation i never face such problem infact penish remain hard as lond as i want.. do i have any problem please suggest.

Hello That liquid is actually the lubricating fluid that comes out from penis when aroused not semen and helps in intercourse. If early ejaculation is also there it can be treated. Consult a psychiatrist in person for evaluation and treatment.
