If perforation is persistent panda not healing for five months it's unlikely to heal by any medicines. Scientifically there is very less chance of spontaneous healing by any method.
Probably you will need surgery known as tympanoplasty for permanent closure of perforation. If not operated it is not going to cause anywhere else in the body and you will have recurrent ear infection and hearing loss in the future
