For the past 4 days my wife was suffering from severe cold and cough. After medication her cold is down. Now she has starting to have ear pain. Can you please suggest a medication for her ear pain.

If the pain is mild then mild analgesics like paracetamol should help along with cold medicines. If it is severe or associated with fever than you must consult nearby ENT surgeon. Ask her not to blow nose forcibly to prevent further problem.
