Ear pain due to buds use?

It started when my ear partially closed.could hear only 50℅ on my left ear.so tried ear buds but didn work out.then understood it was tooth problem and got root canal done on lower jaw left side.now even after root canal i have a slight pain at times when i sneeze or yawn in my left ear.i can hear properly though.help?
