Ear jammed and toncile enlargment

Ear jammed and feelong heavy, unable to hear properly from left ear. Also feeling something in throat may be its toncile enlargement. Having cough from last 10 days also. Please suggest.

You seem to be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It usually resolves spontaneously after few days. You can use decongestant medicines for few days for faster recovery
