Sir my 3month old baby have Infection last two days in his left ear can you suggest me..

Your baby may be having acute suppurative otitis media which is a common type of ear infection in children especially during cold. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. If baby is crying excessively and not feeding well then you may need to use antibiotic oral drops
