I have got partial mastoid air cells sclerosis is seen on right . Is it dangerous ? Wat treatment has to be done about it

If you don't have any ear discharge or middle ear infection then sclerosis of mastoid is totally insignificant. Type of mastoid pneumatization varies from person to person and none of the types are abnormal in absence of chronic middle ear infection. So in your case it seems to be just normal
