Ear feels sometime heavy

Ear feels heavy.mostly in a cold atmosphere. Sometime feels tinnitus.No ear pain. No hearing loss(as per audiologist). Tympanometry done, but no issue with ear.

You seem to be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It usually resolves spontaneously after few days. You can use decongestant medicines for few days for faster recovery
