My right ear feels heavy and like something liquid or kind of feeling. Usually I suffer from mild to major headache. Can u plz suggest anything on this.

Hi. There could be many issues. It could be problem of outer ear like wax or fungus. Of middle war like tube dysfunction or otitis media. Or of inner ear like Menieres disease. Consult an ENT for appropriate diagnosis. Or it may not be anything at all :)
