Ear Canal shifted forward

Have partial facial paralysis due to accident which also caused the shift in ear canal. Is it possible the ear canal is pressing against the facial nerve stopping my facial movement. I can blink the upper eye lid. Rest is still unresponsive

You have a displaced fracture of your temporal bone which is compressing the intratemporal portion of your Facial Nerve causing the flaccid paresis of forehead and upper eyelid.
Next Steps
Use this app to find a good Senior Otologist/Neuro-otologist to immediately operate upon you and decompress the Facial Nerve!
