Ear and rocking problem

I have been sick for about 2 years now.It all started with me having vertigo. I had it so bad I had to take therapy and now I’m over that but I was home one day trying to do the vertigo exercises and let my head dropped back and I haven’t been the same since . I have a rocking sensation all day long and my ears feel like something is crawling in them. Please help me.
