My nephew is 9 yrs , old From last 2 days ne is compainting that his penis Eaching inside of skin. Little bit tight some time, he is suffering this issue from last 1 year. Her Mother use medicine which is refer my children specialist, But there is another way at home he feel relax from Eaching, After he done pee he wash it penny, but he is having this issue Plz suggest
