It is hard for me to COMPLETELY evacuate bowels in one go...it is there with me from my childhood...on contrary if I get myself relaxed and excited i can poop...earlier i use to strain in Indian style toilet ...then i started using Western commode...where i can relex my mind... But again if i stress it leads to incomplete evacuation although my digestion is good...i think i have dyssnergic defecation and not constipation ...whom do i approach what is its remedy please help..THANKS
