The uterinary cavity and cervix are distended with fluid. Hydrometra is seen. Thrombosis of the right common femoral and external/common iliac veins.

There is fluid in the uterine cavity. In this case, we need to rule out cancer of cervix and uterus. Please visit a gynaecologist with your reports. She will require a minor procedure to get samples. You may also come down to my clinic for the same
