Whenever i go out in dust i start with heavy nose. It gets jammed. My doctor said its allergy. Do you know any remedies for stopping this allergy.

Hello there. There are a lot of medicines which are anti allergic medicines but the prescription needs to be taken from the doctor in person. You may cover the face while going out or use a face mask is all I can say. Best regards
