He needs a blood test (immunoglobulin E related )+ common household dust test(not now, after treatment failure) This problem is called allergic Rhinitis. Dont use tab ctz indiscriminately. Is there any DNS(deviated nasal septum)??? Snoring or one sided nasal block (commonly at night) ?
