Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Is blood cmg with urine or vaginal opening? Pain and blood in urine could be pointing towards something with the urinary tract. Most commonly a urinary tract infection.  Get a urine complete and culture and sensitivity test done and revert with the reports or consult a general physician or a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.  Drink plenty of water.
