Currently I am in 4th month 12days of pregnant. When I have entered into 4th month stool colour is changed to green and I dont have any other symptoms. Is it common in pregnancy. I am a bit worried about it.

No it’s not common in pregnancy , it could be due to the medications or supplements that u are taking or it could be due to a stomach infection , stomach infection will require immediate treatment
