Dull pain in penis and groin

Day 1 and 2: I had a pain in lower back abdomen for 2 days Day 3 onwards: no more abdominal pain but burning sensation while peeing Day 7: dull pain and tightness in right groin area. Also middle back pain. Doctor suspected UTI but my reports came today and urine culture, blood report and ultrasound are all normal. Please help
