Last few days have had a dull ache (not painful) under my left rib cage. Im experiencing some nausea , mostly after eating . I'm 34, 5"2 130 lbs work out 5 days a week. I'm also a recovering bulimic. No family history of heart problems.

That would mostly be due to acidity and gas formation . You would need to get examined yourself by a physician.
