Due to dose change mild headache

I ,35 y M,is taking CILACAR-10 MG, for last 1 year. After taking medicine my BP remains at 120/90 or 130/90 . I also take thyronorm 125 ( hypo) & atorvastation-10 mg . However before few days i had taken CILACAR 20 MG For 2 days, when rapid heart beat occur. Now I have again switched back to 10, but my BP today 140/100 with mild headache.Need help

Do not change the dosage by your self Please go and see and a doctor nearby.
