Skin is dry, feeling itchy and it's Bit raised on face below eyes. Also skin appears rough and flaky there. Have this issue on 2 places on face, but it's quite small now. Am scared coz I don't wanna make it spread. Had a similar sort of issue 3 months back and it was told me that it's a fungal issue and  I was given 2 creams which was Onabet and other one which I don't remember. Please prescribe me the medicines and tell me how to prevent it from occurring again.
