My age is 33 m uncircumcised for the last 1year suffering from balanitis now balanitis ok but glans has become dry pls help

Greetings.  How long has it been since the infection Cleared? Did you take full course of medication as advised ? Some dryness may occur after resolution of infection . You may apply Vaseline or liquid paraffin for few days if the dryness makes you uncomfortable.  Else see a qualified dermatologist near you. Warm regards,  Dr Govind Suresh Mittal , Bengaluru.
