Dry foreskin issue. Can be noticed best when erect. It has become rough near the upper part of foreskin and also dry. It leads to small painful cuts on repeat masturbations. It's fine if left alone. But the dryness remains. No pain, no itchyness or anything unusual other than the extreme dryness. It has come back after long time. I bath and change undergarments everyday. No sexual contact to have acquired some disease. What can I do?
