My baby 3 years old. Last 4 days he having dry cought at night and cold.. Still not cure Please suggest medicine

Greetings. I am not fond of writing many medicine. I give Indian herbs which are tasty, effient and most effective without any side effects. Make KAD'DA.150ml of deinking water+ Jaggery+ fresh crushed ginger+ 3 whole peppers+ 3 cloves.Boil this concccoction to concentrate to100ml. Cool it. Serve warm. Twice a day for3-4days.
