Drool rash around mouth

My 4 month old (breastfeeding) baby girl has drool rash kind of thing around her mouth. The texture of the skin on that area feels dry and bumpy (small size spots). Attached is the photo of her face. How to treat that area (ointment)? Currently I have been applying coconut oil but it seems futile. I would be highly grateful if you can suggest something. Regards.

Baby seems to have allergic dermatitis You can apply atogla lotion thrice daily for 15 days Apply after bath
