Drainage after Fistulectomy
I had Fistulectomy surgery 15 days ago for fistula in ano. Till now I get continuous pus, liquid and sometimes mucous too from surgery location (or anus not sure).
Is the discharge even 15 days after surgery common ? Is it sign of some problem not solved by surgery ?

As after fistulectomy, the wound is kept open, there can be discharge from surgical site.
It reduces with time as the wound heals up.
Do Sitz bath with lukewarm water 3-4times daily and apply Ano-metrogyl ointment locally after every Sitz bath
