Sir and madam here I am writing everything in detail I don't remember how many times I am going before three years but from last 2-3 years I am going to poop 3 times in a day with 1 time I not feel fully satisfied I go in morning then at 4 pm and sometimes at night also before sleeping the poop by looking is normal poop I am on diabetes and high bp medication from last 5 years and rebez dsr daily from last 2 years the poop looks normal but my only concern is 3 times in a day hope you get it sir sometimes 2 times and sometimes 3
