Hello sir actually yesterday just out of curiosity I stain hard and insert finger in my anus hole just after pooping and little mucus discharge very little after I insert finger in Anus hole is this because I insert finger in anus hole or any other issues please tell just when I insert finger 2-3 times in hole little whitish mucus come out please tell sir

Small amount of mucus dicharge is normal
Kindly don't insert your finger in the anus. It will cause trauma to the lining epithelium.
Mucus production is a normal process of intestinal cells where it tries to protect the epithelium
Causing trauma to the region will further increase mucus production ( as it is a protective response as I told previously )

kindly don't probe the anus with your finger as it will cause trauma

don't worry. unless and until you don't have copious mucus discharge or increased pain and bowel motility ( increased cramps and increased need to go for defecation)
