Doubtful regarding Pregnancy

Hi I have had intercourse with my gf around 3 months before. Since then she had her regular periods. No sign of vomitting, nausea. But from yesterday night she is vomitting and feeling nauseous. She has some sort of "Jalan" in her stomach today too. I want to know is there any chance she might be pregnant ? If not then what else is responsible?

If she has had normal cycles after intercourse , pregnancy is unlikely Her symptoms may be just due to gastritis Simple antacids may solve the problem If u want to still rule out pregnancy an ultrasound can be done
