Can anyone aged 22 take calpol 650 4 times a day? Is it harmful? What if the fever stays for a long time and doesn't go after taking 2 med in 12 hours. 6 hours gap. What to take?

Yes, calpol is safe. If persisting fever first need to know the reason for that. Reducing fever is not the aim of any treatment rather addressing the cause of persisting fever is more important. You need to consult doctor if fever is coming back in absence of calpol
