Hi, Can I do Double Marker test with 13th week NT scan report. Now I'm 15 wk pregnant. Please advise

No , better you should go for quadruple test which includes blood parameters like AFP, Hcg,estriol & inhibin .. It has a detection rate for Down syndrome of more than 80% & is the recommended test in second trimester.
