I was involved in sexual activity for a very long time today, and I could not get an erection due to the adderall I was on, so I kind of pinched the proximal region of my penis repeatedly to achieve satisfaction. When I was done, I noticed swelling on the dorsal region of my penis and mild pain about halfway up the shaft. There is no discoloration though as of four hours later. I am concerned that I may have fractured my penis or damaged a dorsal vein. Thanks!
