Doppler Test

This is for my 57 year old mom. She is experiencing weakness in legs, sudden breathlessness while lying down. Her vitals on her recent tests are fine. She is diabetic. On her doppler test, mitral stenosis and mitral regurgitation are absent but still doppler test says abnormality. I have attached the report picture as well. Can some doc put some light on the subject?

Its a normal doppler. She just has some diastolic dysfunction. But it does not explain her symptoms
