So i always had problem with office politics which is why i changed my job and started with a startup. It had a small team then now more people are joining and some of them have started to play politics. i get depressed as it has consumed the whole office and i started a business with a friend which i recently found out is a fraud so lost money

Feel really sorry for you. Without sounding patronising and judgemental, I would like to reassure you that you are not alone. Unfortunately there needs to be bad when there is good. Hope you will find good people and there are plenty around, not necessarily near you. Personally I have found lot of good people on Twitter and feel encouraged with positive thoughts.
