Suffering from high fever, dry cough, headach, severing for nearly 2 week.. We are consulting doc, advice to test, urine, malaria, jp, dengue, scurbtyphus, typhoid result of became tested negative

What is the temperature like  When all test reports are negative , take only tablet Paracetamol 650 mg twice or thrice a day. Do warm salt water gargling thrice a day. Take only fresh hot food. Drink plenty of water. Wait for a week , if the problem still persist consult a physician.
