Dominant follicle in right ovary

There was a dominant follicle (19×15mm) in my right ovary on my 12th day of period. I'm suffering from PCOS. Right ovary 11cc and left 9cc. Can I get pregnant with this dominant follicle? I'm on medication and taking letrozole folvite and duphaston. Please doctor reply.

PCOD patients have difficulty in getting conceived, however there r both medical and surgical options available for treatment. U have been put on ovulation induction drug therapy. There is surely a possibility of getting convieved by such medications.
