Hello, penis looking small in flaccid state most of the times will get enough size which is required to experience the pleasure of sexual intercourse for you and your partner, when erected completely. The average size when completely erected (becomes as hard as your fist when erected), is around 5 inches, and most of the people are in that range only. So leave your worries. If you still think it is small consult a sexologist.
