Do i have diabetes?

Hi doctor, I am facing some issues. Sometimes after waking from bed, my eyes will be sunken. Also sometimes I feel to drink more water. If I am taking lot of water, I am looking completely normal. Also stomach problems will be there if I am having these symptoms. Do I need to check for diabetes or to consult a gastro ?

Hi, it looks like dehydration, in dehydration sunken eyes, dried skin, dry tongue will present. Drink more water. Go for thyroid tests sometimes variations in thyroid harmone can also cause this. Go for Fasting blood sugar and postprandial blood sugar tests to detect diabetes. Consult general physician for furthur evaluation and treatment.
