Hello, sorry to hear that you are unwell. You have not mentioned the duration of your present symptoms. However, we can still try to analyze.
It seems that your complaints are mostly of small joints of hands & feet. However, maybe there are other large joints involved.
Your past history of multiple joint involvement may help. Maybe you were on medication for your arthritis then which helped to control your symptoms.
This seems to be either a continuation or reactivation of your past episodes since you had stopped treatment OR other causes of arthritis may have to be ruled out.
Tests like ANA, RF, Anti-CCP are guides but scoring systems, clinical exam offer a complete approach.
Being a Pediatric Rheumatologist, we do not usually use Anti-CCP test for children with Arthritis but this helps to monitor adult patients with arthritis.
Next Steps
You need to have causes of arthritis ruled out & if these are ruled out, then this maybe an autoimmune condition like adult RA. There are also other subtypes of autoimmune Arthritis. But this will be suitably done by your Rheumatologist who will guide you forward.
Health Tips
Adult RA is treatable. Kindly offer yourself this treatment so that you get back to daily life. All the best.
