I appiled nadimix cream on my penis head and i pulled my foreskin back in the morning today and afterwards in the afternoon i was watching porn videos then watery liquid started to come out of my penis After a while when i saw my penis the nadimix cream i appiled and the watery liquid which come from my penis was mixed on my penis head Do anything happens  by mixing of those on my penis head ?
