Surge all over body. Hands legs and head mainly. Gag sensation sometimes. Feel so when sitting or sleeping. While walk don't feel much but little. Heartbeat bp sugar are normal. History of gallstones. What might be the reason. Been a week since this tired feeling. Want to get rid of it. Tell me the cause
