I'm feeling dizzy sweating a lot even while the AC is on in the room and feeling of vomitting feeling really uncomfortable at the moment what should I do.

Hi there...such symptoms could be due to low blood pressure or low blood glucose levels or sometimes even cerebellar dysfunction. You will need a detailed clinical examination and further investigations including measuring blood pressure, blood sugar levels. So kindly consult a general physician for further evaluation and treatment.
