Yesterday my Grandmother showing some symptoms like Dizziness while turning body and head to left side, she can't able to sleep for whole night, she doesn't feel dizziness while sleeping in right side. What problem she indicates? Which specialist doctor should i approach?

This might be benign positional vertigo....u can consult Neurologist If u have any ear pain/other ear related issues consult ENT doctor too......
