Dizziness on lying down laterally

Hello doctor...my father had a block in LAD and underwent an angioplasty with stent placement 2 months back . For the past 2 days he keeps complaining of severe dizziness only when he lies down on his lateral sides. He is ok when he is in supine & prone positions....could u please help us with this problem doctor....
