I am having dizziness from last so many days. Gone to so many doctors and everyone is giving me different medicines. NO improvement. I am attaching my MRI Cervical screening report . Please guide me is this because of this only or any other cause

As per your mri reports you have a cervical spondylosis for which you will have to see an orthopedics surgeon and then he will advise you further
