I've been having this heavy feeling in my chest and then one heavy heart beat. This happens no matter what im doing. I have been getting very dizzy and unsteady on my feet (running into things, stumbling) I have also been having shortness of breath with almost constant nausea. Another thing that's been bothering me is I get sharp stabbing pains IN my head at random points during the day
